Strictly Necessary

• XSRF-TOKEN (Wix) – Security: helps prevent cross-site request forgery. Duration: Session. • hs (Wix) – Security. Duration: Session.
• svSession (Wix) – Identifies unique visitors and maintains your session on the site. Duration: Up to 2 years.
• bSession (Wix) – Measures system performance and stability. Duration: 30 minutes.
• server-session-bind, client-session-bind (Wix) – Security: binds your session to your browser. Duration: Session.
• TS* (e.g. TS01…) (Wix) – Security and anti-fraud. Duration: Session.
• ssr-caching (Wix) – Indicates how the page was rendered, for performance. Duration: Session.
• _GRECAPTCHA (Google reCAPTCHA) – Protects our forms from spam and bots. Duration: Up to 6 months.
Performance (analytics), set only with your consent
• _ga (Google Analytics) – Distinguishes visitors so we can count them. Duration: Up to 2 years.
• _ga_[ID] (Google Analytics) – Maintains session state for our analytics property. Duration: Up to 2 years.
Google Tag Manager, which we use to manage these tags, does not set cookies of its own.
We keep Google Analytics data for 14 months.
Third-party websites we link to
Our site links to other services, including Amazon (to buy our book), WhatsApp (to message us) and LinkedIn. These links do not set cookies on our site. Once you visit those services, their own cookie and privacy policies apply.
Future changes
If we add new tools, such as embedded videos or social media tracking, we will update this policy and our cookie banner first. Any non-essential cookies will only be set with your consent.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working. Guidance is available at ico.org.uk.
